What is Qigong?

Gigong practice enhances our connection with nature. We are linked to the natural world, and Qigong helps us tap into that connection, drawing on the earth’s energy and aligning ourselves with its rhythms.
Qigong strengthens and balances the flow of Qi. Think of Qi as a river flowing through the body. Just as a river can become blocked or stagnant, so can Qi. Qigong removes these blocks allowing for a smooth flow of Qi.
